I just found this burn your ab fat video on youtube.
I am very impressed that the presenter can do these movements and talk naturally and fluently at the same time! It’s worth watching just to see how incredibly fit (and easy on the eye) this bloke is.
I straightaway hit the deck and got into these moves and believe me, if you don’t know where your abs are now, you will in a couple of minutes and they are going to ache a bit a few hours later – but it’s a good hurt, because this stuff is definitely the duck’s guts for burning up your ab fat and building up your core strength.

not at all. i used to have lower back pain from more traditional exercises (crunches, etc…) but since adopting this style I’ve had much better posture and a noticeably more muscled core. and feel much better!
