Don’t Just Eat Right, you need a great exercise routine to burn waist fat
A great diet program without a decent fitness program will get you slim but you will lack tone and you won’t shift that waist fat.
You can’t just eat well and expect a great body, you have to have a good regular exercise routine to get rid of love handles and shift that loose belly fat.
Regular exercise without good diet will get you fit – fit but overly fat.
Eating well without exercise will make you slimmer, but lacking in attractive body tone.
If you really want to get rid of love handles, you have to eat properly and exercise well.
Once you admit this fact to yourself, you can begin to work on any negativity you have toward exercise.
It’s all a state of mind.

Don’t sabotague your efforts, do some fat burning exercise you can learn to love at a time of day you can stick to.
