Yes, you can eat dessert and still get rid of love handles
No, you cannot eat a massive tub of double chocolate icecream and still see your 6 pack abs - let’s get that straight from the get go.
No use moaning about it – you know that you have to make some sacrifices if you want to get rid of your ab fat and stop that loose belly fat wobbling all over the place.
You know by know that to get rid of belly fat takes the right mindset and dedication to the cause, planning and enjoyment of food that is excellent for you and some brisk regular exercise with a decent fitness program.
Well today, I’m going to share with you the dessert I eat EVERY DAY.
I eat it around an hour after my evening meal (of mainly lean protein and leafy veggies or salad and a minimum of carbs).
I eat dessert at least an hour before going to bed. The timing is for several reasons.
I separate dinner from dessert to have 2 small meals rather than one big one and dessert for me happens just at my old evening cravings time.
I allow time for digestion of dessert before hitting the sack.
The trick with dessert is to learn to love stuff that is really good for you and your waist fat.
It’s a matter of breaking old bad habits and forming new good ones. Give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to it and you won’t look back.
