Why You Must Get Rid of Love Handles

Love handles really are not that lovely at all. The loose belly fat that sits around your midsection is no joke and should never be made light of.

This waist fat is the most dangerous fat of all, as it cloaks and smothers some of your most vital organs.

If you are determined to live a long and healthy active life, that
loose belly fat has to go.

Why Do You Have Love Handles?

People of all 3 natural somatotypes (body shapes) can develop love handles. Whether you are naturally slim (ectomorph), of balanced proportions (mesomorph) or rounded (endomorph), your body can succumb to dreaded unhealthy and unsightly love handles.

Love handles do appear more quickly on apple or pear shaped endomorphs and if you are apple shaped, (carrying most excess fat naturally in the upper part of your body), then you really must get rid of love handles now and forever to improve your health out of sight.

How to Get Rid of Love Handles

Your waist fat (the spare tire that goes right around your middle) will come off reasonably quickly if you have the determination and discipline to change your eating habits exercise for at least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week

You don’t necessarily have to eat less.

Many people make the mistake of eating nothing for most of the day in the mistaken belief that their waist fat will be gobbled up by a starving body. You will only move that loose belly fat if you simplify your diet and eat at regular intervals right throughout the day.

You do have to move more

To get rid of love handles, you have to get your body mobile. Regular walking most days of the week will do it for you. Pleasant, low impact exercise that melts away your waist fat day by day, week by week, making you slimmer, more supple and much more physically and mentally capable to handle the stresses of each day.

To get rid of ab fat (the fat that covers your ab muscles at the front of your body) is a more difficult exercise than moving your spare tire of waist fat.

Losing ab fat to the point of gaining 6 pack abs is only for the totally focused and determined individual.

To move ab fat and show a washboard stomach or six pack abs you have to maintain a low fat mainly unprocessed diet a combination of aerobic and resistence exercises that suit your somatotype (body shape)

It can be done.

Plenty of people achieve and maintain 6 pack abs. But if you just need to get rid of love handles, you only have to make some basic and sensible lifestyle changes; devleop habits that will extend and enhance your life.
