If you really want to get rid of love handles and burn off that waist fat for good, consider a high protein (or at least moderate protein) diet.

Why a high protein diet?

Most importantly, a high protein diet is not restricted to fried bacon and eggs and sausages or processed hamburger “meat” on a greasy breakfast plate. Do you really think you can get rid of love handles on such a shonky diet plan?

You may be familiar with a fairly notorious high protein diet that encourages you to eat fatty protein at the expense of everything else.

This radical, knee-jerk diet has done a lot of harm to protein.

You need protein.

Probably much more than you are currently eating.

Lean protein, not fatty highly processed rubbish masquerading as meat product. Ditch the bacon, fried eggs and sausages of questionable composition, not to mention the greasy burgers and get hold of good lean cuts of red meat, chicken and fish, legumes and cottage cheese.

A moderate to high protein diet is an excellent choice for fat loss, especially ab fat, and for muscle growth, either lean or mass muscle, depending on how you choose to exercise with it.
