When to Eat Carbs for Fat Loss
To get rid of love handles, you have to cut back on certain foods. You may just be eating too much of a good thing to trim your waist fat, but most people eat not just too much but too much of the wrong stuff to be able to burn the ab fat.
Carbs get good and bad press, but within the carb world there are “good” and “bad” carbs and it is really easy to tell them apart.
The good carbs (complex) take longer to eat, make you feel fuller and give you sustained energy. Think wholegrain bread, legumes and veggies. Fantastic food to help you get rid of love handles.
The bad carbs slip down the throat quickly and easily and make you yearn for more – food cravings almost straight away. Anything highly processed with plenty of sugar content could be thought of as a “bad” carb that gives you hunger pangs.
A handy way to think of the 2 different types of carbs is unrefined and refined carbs. The more of the unrefined ones you include in your daily diet, the more fit, trim and healthy you are going to be in your quest to fight off the waist fat.
Think of unrefined carbs as a once-a-week treat, not a several times a day staple and the loose belly fat will fall off your frame.
