You Must Eat to Get Rid of Love Handles
Are you so desperate to get rid of love handles and lose excess weight that you eat less and less every day,do plenty of exercise and still can’t get a good result?
You don’t know it, but you are doing something very badly wrong to your body and mind. Unless you have the guts to change what you are doing your loose belly fat will never come off.
By starving yourself, especially in the mornings, you are telling your mind and body horrible lies. Your mind believes you have little or no food source and your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on for grim death to all of your fat deposits, no matter how hard you exercise.
To get rid of love handles, you have to lose fat all over.
To do that you must not starve yourself. You have to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 to 3 healthy snacks between. Every week, you get to have one cheat meal to keep life varied and interesting.
Believe me, if your get rid of love handles diet plan is just to eat less, you will gain more weight and be much less healthy and far less attractive as your skin and muscles give up on you over time.
This is not how to lose waist fat. You must not be desperate to lose your ab fat because desperation will cause you to panic and make wrong choices. Starving yourself every day is the wrong choice.
You won’t be able to exercise properly 5-6 times per week for 30-60 minutes with a body that is not properly fed. And this is definitely the amount of exercise you have to commit to if you are going to lose waist fat and be fit and healthy and look fantastic for the rest of your life.
